Lexan Security & ID Card Films

We offer a high-performance polycarbonate LEXAN™ SD film portfolio specially designed to protect electronic ID cards and security documents. These films deliver tight gauge tolerances to simplify manufacturing of cards within mandated thickness parameters providing our customers significantly higher productivity. Applications include Drivers’ licenses, E-passport data pages, residence permits and other such documents.

Lexan Coated Films

High-performance coated LEXAN™ films offer unique solutions for scratch resistance, weatherability, anti-glare and anti-fog applications. These films have high resistance to abusive cleaners, chemicals and UV, and provide excellent clarity of graphics and light diffusion as well as ease of printing and die-cutting. Applications include overlays and IMD face plates for appliances and automotive interiors AND Anti-fog lenses for goggles, eyewear and freezer door films for supermarkets .
